The warmer weather has me looking forward to one of my favorite pastimes – front porch happy hour! The combination of fresh air, sunshine, and a delicious cocktail is true bliss. There is no way you can convince me otherwise.

Yesterday the weather was absolutely perfect, so I decided it was time to create my first seasonal cocktail to enjoy. Take a peak at my simple, yet refreshing creation below.

How to Make Cucumber Vodka Lemonade

This refreshing Cucumber Vodka Lemonade recipe is simple and so easy to make. With only few quick steps to follow, you will be enjoying your cocktail on the front porch in no time!

Step 1: Prep for your cocktail by cutting a mini cucumber into thin slices. Set slices aside until needed. Next you will need to create thinly sliced lemon wheels. Once done, these too will need to be set aside.

Step 2: Pour 1.5 ounce of Effen Vodka over ice. Add desired amount of Santa Cruz Organic Lemonade.

Step 3: Add several slices of cucumber and stir. If you are a fan of mint, it makes a great addition as well. Top cocktail with lemon for garnish.

Step 4: Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
