Homemade Strawberry Popsicles

Looking for an easy way to cool down in this summer heat? I have a quick and easy homemade strawberry popsicle recipe that will make those hot summer days a little more bearable. The fresh, no sugar added treat takes less than 15 minutes prep time and can be made with the kiddos – a perfect summertime activity. Follow my step-by-step guide below and you will be enjoying fresh homemade strawberry popsicles in no time!

Ingredients

This quick & easy recipe for homemade strawberry popsicles is made with fresh strawberries with no added sugar or water.

  • 2-3lbs of fresh strawberries
  • Blender
  • Popsicle Tray

Directions

Step 1: Wash and prepare strawberries for cutting.

Step 2: Cut 4-5 stawberries in very thin slices and set aside. The stawberry slices with be used later to decorate popsicles.

Step 3: Cut remaining strawberries into halves and place them in blender.

Step 4: Blend strawberries until you have made a strawberry puree.

Step 5: Place thinly stawberries in popsicle tray. Try to stick strawberries to tray edges so they will be seen once frozen. You may have cut stawberries to fit depending on tray size.

Step 6: Pour strawberry puree into popsicle molds and cover with popsicle sticks.

Step 7: Place tray in freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen.

Step 8: Enjoy!
