I will be the first to admit – I can’t cook.
If you’re looking for a blog that offers delicious food recipes – this isn’t it – my lack of skills in the kitchen are pretty obvious based on my ability to burn water. Although you won’t find me in the kitchen creating a five-course meal, it’s not to say that I do not enjoy exploring cooking blogs for new food and drink recipes in my spare time. Even though I would be the first to fail out of culinary school, I do love a great meal and appreciate the art of cooking.
The food recipes that I do find, I obviously hand over to my husband (thank god he can cook otherwise my family & I would starve) but the drink recipes I proudly conquer on my own! If there is one thing I learned working in the restaurant industry in my early 20’s – It’s how to make a good cocktail.
So now that my inability to create anything in the kitchen that won’t potentially kill you is out in the open – lets move on to the point of this blog post.
