Southern Bourbon Peach Tea

Summer is here, and a delightful glass of spiked sweet tea is a great way to celebrate the season. Whether you’re hosting an event or unwinding at home, this sweet bourbon peach tea recipe is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

What You Need

  • 4 Ripe Peaches, Sliced
  • 1 Lemons
  • 4 Peach Tea Bags (Celestial)
  • 1 Cup Bourbon (Three Crosses Distillery)
  • 6 Cups of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 3 sliced peaches, 1 sliced lemon, 4 peach tea bags and 6 cups of water to a boil. After bringing ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  3. Once cooled, strain the peach mixture into a large pitcher.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of bourbon, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve the sweet bourbon peach tea over ice, garnished with fresh, sliced peaches.
