What You Need
- 4 Ripe Peaches, Sliced
- 1 Lemons
- 4 Peach Tea Bags (Celestial)
- 1 Cup Bourbon (Three Crosses Distillery)
- 6 Cups of Water
- 1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 3 sliced peaches, 1 sliced lemon, 4 peach tea bags and 6 cups of water to a boil. After bringing ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Once cooled, strain the peach mixture into a large pitcher.
- Stir in 1 cup of bourbon, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve the sweet bourbon peach tea over ice, garnished with fresh, sliced peaches.
